I don't think I'll be trusting my brain to a "hypnosis app". Who knows what in that code.

Would never spend that on an app.

I know! That's why I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it. I'd pay that straight away if I knew it worked!

I have been to see a hypnotherapist in the past and paid £60 a time without thinking and I do feel it helped a little. But an app I'm not so sure.....

I once went to a hypnotist to help me with weight loss. He gave me a bunch of tapes for his hefty fee and told me to listen to them at bedtime. I noticed no effect. I was really doing my utmost to go into a trance, too! :-D

Oh, and he also told me I was "starved for touch!"

I never went back.

This is a common phenomena in psychology.

When you pay a lot for something you want the experience of that something to be positive so you are actually already biased. You have to justify your purchase to yourself.
