Good morning everyone, made it a month !
Hi all
Just a quick post as got a driving lesson
I have made it 4weeks today without a single drop of booze its been tough I've had a few tests one particularly straining but here i am, heres to another four weeks
I've saved money enough so that last Friday i treated myself to some new summer clothes, I'm back to a size 12 and for a long long time liked what i saw in the mirror my inner subconscious actually said "looking good gal"
A little bit of me feels guilty for feeling this way but that stems from my background and I'm working on this
I hope some of you who are struggling find this post helpful it isn't easy but for once im using my stubbornness to help me. It can be done
Bye for now charlotte xxxx

Thank you for all your kind comments, it hasn't been plain sailing but the things you really want are never easy , i guess i like the challenge of keeping sober
Things that improved are :
More money in the bank
Improved relationship with partner and son
Better complexion
Weight dropped a little
Money for driving
Better fitness, getting back into trail runs and taekwondo
Less torment mentally
But despite these i do get cravings everyday I'm finding ways to manage and looking for relapse warnings eg laziness
Down side is
Bloody constipation
Sorry guys but couldn't resist putting that in
Kisses charlotte xx
