Congrats on a whole month!! That's so great. I seem to recall that we were at the same number of days at one point, and I am sad to say, I slipped over the past weekend. So I was very happy to see this post from you! Good job!

theres a huge difference between vanity and feeling good, never been vain in my life too northern and down to earth for that x

sorry you slipped lola rooting for you, its always a shame when that happens but if and when it does just get back up the next day

Cheers Charlotte and great news for you to reach this milestone :-) I'm half way there on day 16 but the last few days I've been umming and arring about this all, but you just reminded me how much better I feel and how much I don't want to feel like I did last time EVER again.
