Forecast calls for hotter for Canada Day than today. Wahoo!
I have driven into beautiful Vancouver to spend the holiday with a dear old friend. She tells me they give away cake at Granville Island. I am sooooooooo down for that.
Going to wake up tomorrow and do a quick little run on the Seawall (been quite a while since I've jogged).

I am very much looking forward to the holiday this year. I usually don't do much of anything at all. I think most years I have been too hung over to care. Mostly I've gotten hammered the night before because, being a holiday, I could sleep in.

Tragic really.

My parents used to take us on a road trip so we could celebrate with our Canadian friends. And eat Tim Horton donuts! LOL. Happy Canada Day to you.
