And How Are You Today?
Thanks for asking
I'm struggling lots. Forced myself to take a walk with my husband this evening, and on our way back (quiet country lane) a bunch of idiots decided it would be funny to drive repeatedly up and down the road we were walking on to screech their horn at us, laugh, and intimidate us as we walked. When they got to the end of the road they would turn and come back to do it again.
I had this sort of experience a lot where we used to live in a city, usually accompanied by Everday Sexism-style shouts at me calling me a ***** or whatever (oh the joys of being a young woman). You don't expect it in the countryside though.
I was already feeling very depressed and tearful, so of course I burst into tears once they'd gone.

Very good idea for a thread Prynne. It's smart to distract yourself when anxious, and you did a great job.
I'm late to the party, but it was a very nice day. Nothing remarkable & nothing terrible. Loving the summer weather, and all the hope that comes with being sober.
