I'm in the midst of trying to get my behind into my first meeting, so I empathize with your reluctance to go again, given your description of your experience! You are NOT alone. Take good care of yourself.

Hi twoboys! 90 meetings in 90 days!
It's only a suggestion that has been passed down through countless genererations, for want of a better word, of alcoholics and addicts in AA and NA.
I did it when I got out of rehab. It helped. It's purely a suggestion though.
Not everyone can do it, for various reasons.
