Hi Alive - I'm glad you posted, and I'm glad you made it through day two. I, too, have poured all the alcohol down the drain more times than I care to admit.

It's only a suggestion that has been passed down through countless genererations, for want of a better word, of alcoholics and addicts in AA and NA.
I did it when I got out of rehab. It helped. It's purely a suggestion though.
Not everyone can do it, for various reasons.
