This is all new to me

At my age it's hard to learn something new. I'm trying to find something that might be useful for our Grandson who is 32 years old.

Welcome Patty. If it is your son who is need of support, SR would be one of the tools he could use in recovery. It is ALSO a great place for you to find support! You may find some great resource in the Friends and Family Section for yourself.
