newbie uk

hi guys,
As the title suggests, i am a newbie from the uk. I am married, with 2 (almost) grown up sons. I have been sober since Jan 27th. Feeling a bit awkward writing this, I don't know why. That's it really for now. Btw, I'm Mark.

Hi Mark,

Like you I am new on here and from the UK. I've only been involved in one post but it has come very clear to me that whatever I have been through so has everyone else on here and its very reassuring to know.Congrats on staying off the booze for so long.

I was actually even closer once, West Sussex born n bred. Sleepy little seaside town.

Not too bad thank you. I had a full work up yesterday and thankfully everything is ok! I'm waiting for a referral to the mental health team as I suffer from severe anxiety.

How are you finding things?
