Newcomer :)
I am not sure how to go about all this. This is very new to me. I have been clean for almost 3 years now. Recently I have been going back to at least once a week I will have a sleepless night. And when I do sleep I have horrible nightmares and terrors. On top of the addiction issue I was also in an abusive relationship for two and a half years which I am out of and have been for almost 4 years. But as a result I have ptsd as well. I just don't want to go back to my old ways and I know if I don't talk about it I will.
