You are putting your sobriety first, that's awesome!

It's way better to take a break from your kids then getting smashed to try to relax and have some quiet time.

I have a 7 year old and a puppy. Sometimes it gets so hectic in the house that I go outside for a couple of minutes to take deep breaths. I just tell my little one that daddy needs a time out. LOL!

I usually feel better in 5 minutes and back in the mad house.
