Don't give up Alphabet. I've been through it before and I know you can make it. It always helped me to not not look too far ahead. Remember every minute, hour and day you are getting healthier.

Thanks so much for the encouragement as I need it about now. I'm sick of the alcohol more than ever. Over the last year I've felt like the disappearing man. Every drinking bout took a little part of me.

Do you have any crackers? Saltines are good for a touchy stomach. I would also recommend the BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast.

Bedtime now and really not feeling well. No shakes, but lots of sweating and irritability. Don't see sleep in my future at all, but hopefully I'm wrong.

I did not drink today, though

Yep, mind is racing and the birds are now chirping. I'm freaking out about losing yet another job. I'm such an idiot.
