Four months today....
I'd like to tell all the newcomers....it was easy...piece of cake....a breeze.....
But it is not. It's hard. Sometimes it's a struggle moment to moment. Sometimes you just get fed up with the fight in your head. You want to quit quitting. Sometimes you feel like relapse is inevitable...why not relapse now instead of later. Cut the fight short. It's draining.
But then you reach down inside and find some strength you didn't know you had. And you keep up the good fight. And then you realize the fight isn't as fierce as it was. You can do this. Mind over matter. Don't raise that glass to your lips. If you fail, get up and do it again, and again, and again. Eventually you will get to where you need to be.
Good luck to all of us.
Thanks for all the support over the months. Love ya' bunches
Pam.
