Four months today....
Wow Raider, way to go! I remember how you struggled at the beginning.. and all the temptations and distractions you had going on. I am really impressed by the way you kept after it and didn't give up. What an example for others you are.. great job!

Congratulations Pam. I am beyond tickled for you. I remember back in those early days of your sobriety struggle...honestly wasn't sure you would put it together. But you did...
Please keep going sista...please get through where I did not and regret so much. Keep pushing. Keep being the lovely, honest inspiration you have obviously been to so many.
You're wonderful.

Four months! Wow, that's awesome, Raider! Keep up the fight. One thing that struck me as the sober time began to pile up was just how much was at stake. It was hard to see the forest for the trees when I was drinking; only now with the perspective of distance do I say what a monumental waste of life it was to drink like I drank for 25 years.
Sobriety has made me greedy! Greedy for more life, more experiences that I squandered during those years of being drunk all the time. Booze just won't be allowed to steal any more from me than it already has.
