We usually get invited to a big lake party that runs all weekend long. So far, no invite, but it is often thrown together last minute. We have not been entertaining in the last year, since I have been trying to get sober. So, maybe we have been dropped from the list.

Frankly, I am relieved if we do not get invited. I can cook for my family, we can go to a movie with the kids and I can work on my sobriety.

Right now, I am actually sick with a fluish thing, so hopefully I will feel well for the weekend, in general.
