Thanks so much everybody for all your support! It means a lot. This evening, at the end of my first day, I'm not feeling too bad except I'm really irritable and jumpy. Several times I have gone to the kitchen to make myself a drink before remembering... and then I get a water instead. It will be nice to go to bed tonight without guilt.
