This is the definition of rock bottom that you've reached-asking for help. My suggestion based on post is join aa. Yes it means putting down the drink but look @ it only a day @ time or even 12 hrs @ time. Life will take on a whole new meaning & instead of drinking alone again, will have a host of friendships that will last

I'm glad you are forming a plan. If you wish, you can go to a closed meeting. They are for people who are alcoholic, and those with a drinking problem wanting to find out if they are alcoholic. They are, perhaps, a little more private.
