i'm making a list of all the pros and cons of drinking (obviously the cons outweigh the pros!) and I'll be keeping it on the fridge. Just looking at my kids I'm reminded of why I shouldn't drink. I know I can't just have one drink. That ship has sailed. Also, whenever I don't drink I lose a lot of weight. That is a huge incentive for me as well, because I gained about 30 lbs since being an alcoholic. I want my figure back!
