Hello all,
As you can see, i am new around here.
My problem is with binge-drinking.
When I binge-drink, I also binge-smoke. I can go for weeks without a single drink, but when I start, I can't stop. Especially when I am alone. I don't normally smoke, either.
Saw a few therapists (psychiatrists and psychotherapists), and didn't work.
I will appreciate your help, and suggestions.

Do you think about drinking/smoking in between?

What makes you buy alcohol and cigarettes.. Craving to "get away", unwind or other?

Hi and welcome, I try to take any positives from situations as it makes it a bit easier to build toward something, a lot of us could not have went weeks or even hours without an alcohol fix so you are already tapering as you go, have you had any successful abstainance periods to date?
