is very difficult, but i will try, thank you x am not feeling very happy at all i am angry at him for making me feel this way, and when i get angry i drink, never ending cycle of upset, anger, lonliness, i hate it

2 friends today have told me to get rid of him, but i love him, its so pathetic and damaging to my health, havent washed or cleaned teeth in a lot of days, house is a mess, but i hate being this weak person, i really hate it

It's kind of silly for me to say, but the cat in your avatar reminds me greatly of my cat that I truly love. It always warms my heart to see you on here. I remembered you welcomed me to this site and it still means a great deal to me. One day at a time, take care of yourself and do some practical things around the house today. I wish you only the best. And, heck no, I only see a winner in that pic, for sure!

Thank you bobby and songthread, sounds like im just being a whiner but I know ppl dont judge on here, had a bath, washed hair, but I feel so down, like really down, i know self pity gets you nowhere, but ive had my full, and drink doesnt help, not one jot

You're right- drinking won't help make anything better. Sometimes there's no shortcut, you just gotta go through it. But it will get better, Toddle.

Hi Toddle, just checking in on you. The sun is shining in our little part of the world. Even though it's probably the last thing you feel like doing, how about opening the windows, letting in some fresh air. Go out for a walk in the sunshine, get yourself something nice to eat for dinner, get yourself some fresh flowers, put some favourite music on...

Love and loss hurt I know. But you will get past it...you are beautiful. You are worth being well, sober and happy. A better life awaits you.

You can do this x
