These last few weeks have been so hard.

Sorry you are having a tough time of it Bluncain. We all have those days/weeks where everything sucks. But they do pass.

Being sober also allows us to deal with the ugly S>>>>t that we would have merely postponed, or simply blown off and made worse because I was too busy getting drunk.

To me it's a pretty simple equation
1. Drink = make things worse - 100% guarantee
2. Dont drink = Have a fighting chance of making things better.

You have the power to choose either option, I'm sticking with #1 today.

bluncain, just hang on, eventually you will begin to see things differently.
Seeing them as they really are for the first time can quite a wake up.

Picking up the broken pieces of the life we sabotaged is not easy. Hang in there, things will settle down if you keep pushing forward
