Apparently craving lasts on average 13 minutes. A craving be it for booze or cigs or whatever. Then the mind moves on. That's what an alcohol councilor told me anyway.

A craving actually lasts for 2-3 minutes on average it's comes as a wave and then washes away if u don't drink and give in it gets shorter and shorter and finally disapates
