Day 69
My head is much clearer!
I can deal with problems and walk out with my head high up!
I smile more! I am more active!

But I am still tapping pills... I just need something!
I am smoking since Christmas like a chimney and do not do sport any more
But better keep smoking that doing other stuff...

The thing is I started going out with this bloke
and he does not know I got problems...
and he keeps drinking in front of me!!!
He has not got a clue...
At least he does not smoke!!!
God, the other day I escaped to the lady's to smoke a cigarette....
As though I do not stink!!!

I had few strong arguments, a small car crash, and fell out with friends...
And I am keeping it together...
Just got to keep sober/clean and
will be able to row in the storms!
