Things are amazing.

My life is my own again. I am doing all the things I wanted to do. I haven't done most of them and a lot of new things pop up but I can do them. I did my first two mile run again. 2 weeks after a breakdown. Haven't touched a drop since. I have alcoholics meeting Tuesday just to make sure I don't go back ever again. But after that first week of utter hell things really are on the up.

How are you mate?

good to hear you're still with us and you're doing well.

I'll have 90 tomorrow, but still just taking it slow. Going to lots of meetings. No desire to drink but it crosses my mind now and again.

Lucky you, I am day 38 and still struggling with the sleep part. Averaging 5-6 hours of sleep a night. I am carrying a bit of extra weight so i think that factors into it a little, my roommate says i snore very loudly.

Keep on going your head DOES clear up after a few weeks
