Finally feeling happy
I'm finally feeling a bit "normal"! I had my first group of many at my outpatieht clinic today. I have been before to the same one years ago. I walked out feeling a sense of community. Just wanted to thank you all again for helping to get me to this point. This site and all of you are amazing. Good things happen here to deserving people

You've inspired me to go to the depression group at my family medicine doctor. I did not show up last week because I was too proud and embarrassing at the same time. I am going to go ... It will give me tools to use to help cope with bad feelings.
