It is always good to have part of the SR family back. Keep working your plan and know that things will start to come back together again. Makes me remember that no matter how much time I have, I am susceptible at any given moment. Thanks for the post.

Day 22! Thank you everyone for the replies! I always feel safe here.
I am waiting on a call back from a new addiction specialist I hope to see.
I heard something at a meeting I wanted to share with y'all:
If you live in yesterday you will be depressed, if you live in tomorrow you will be anxious, but if you live in today you can be happy.
So that's my plan. I am staying in TODAY. And I don't think I want to drink today.
