I feel your pain. I've done some seemingly pathetic things to catch a buzz(drinking vanilla extract, eating nutmeg, huffing gasoline) I just want you to know you're not alone and you don't have to do this anymore if you don't want to.

I hope you keep working on your recovery. I think that you can't feel good about drinking mouthwash and sneaking money from your husband. And, that can continue the downward spiral. I hope that you take action and keep working on your recovery.
