Back from vacation
Literally JUST got home. It isn't like you didn't hear from me during the trip though. It was a great trip and I only had 2 slip days (which is bad enough). I was worried about my weight too. The first thing I did when I got home is took off my clothes and weighed myself. How sick is that? I gained 2 lbs.
I have no alcohol at home and plan to keep it that way. Back to the normal routine tomorrow. Thank you for all of your support and encouragement while I was gone. I will definitely be relying on it a lot now that I am back too!

I hope you are right, Greeneggs! But I was pleasantly surprised I hadn't gained more. The weight obsession is hideous. In the meantime I will absolutely work on cutting back on the food, upping the exercise, and most importantly, being sober.
