Seems all good' then a huge urge afternoon' day 4

I think it may be because by day four you're starting to feel better and may have forgotten how bad you felt on day one. Stay strong and stay sober. You can get thru this.

I found that by around day 4 I realized I had nothing to do. That's when the light went on and I knew that I had to keep busy and give my energy something to focus on besides drinking.

EXACTLY

I would be ill days 1 to 3 then day 4, 5, 6 and 7 cheat... rinse and repeat

did that for 3 YEARS every week yes every week
