real stress knot in one shouder?
I am only 21 days in...but this last two weeks I cant get my shoulder to stop throbbing.
Have done the following - any other suggestions?
got a massage
used my Acupressure Thera-cane
been using traumeel and homeopathy
long hot baths
using door jams to lean into.
taken Advil and Tylenol
Last resort is Rolfing I guess but my guy is out of town...
its permanently stinging!
anyone???
oh yeah I exercise like crazy and teach fitness but thats not helping either.

I had a similar experience but the pain radiated from my shoulder down into my arm. Turned out it was a pinched nerve in the cervical spine. Not sure if yours is the same thing but seeing a doc did help.

See a dr., maybe PT? I have something called "dry needling" done on my tough spots. Works wonders, but has to be done by a PT. Basically, it's "western acupuncture" of sorts. I love it, in conjunction with massage, and stretching.
But yes, you need to get checked out by a doc to find why it's doing that and see what they recommend.

I went and saw my friend who is chinese herb doctor /acupuncturist
Cupping! I will say it again Cupping It helps so much, I feel so much better even in my head, anyone with chronic upper back shoulder should try it. It leaves a few bruises but meh!
