One month of this...

After many failed attempts I haven't drank since December 4th, so that puts me at around one month sober

I've had a wonderfully sober Christmas and New Year. I gave all of my money and my cash card to my parents so I physically can't purchase any booze which really helped in the early days when things were pretty tough.

Just wanted to share my success with you. I have a regular sleeping pattern now too, rather than just crashing out and getting up at random times during the day. This is the most important thing for me; I hadn't seen a morning for a very very long time!
