Day 10
Day 10 ,,,, all is well,,, feeling a little stressed with work. After work is the hardest time for me,,, that's when I enjoyed the buzz the most. Now,,, I check threads here, or read. I already feel much better, and knowing I don't smell like alcohol in the morning I am much more at ease,,, no anxiety, or nervousness. This last relapse was hidden well,,,, but I am able to be honest with you here and talk about it. Thanks SR. and my friends here!

Well done on getting to double digits! I also found early evening the worst for cravings and triggers but now I try to fill those hours with something else , mainly gym. I find that by the time I get home my cravings have pretty much gone.
