I'M ONE CONFUSED PUPPY,SO MANY EMOTIONS AT ONE TIME.

Well Ted, I know one thing that won't make anything better!! But the meeting will help!!
Just slow down. I know our minds go a thousand miles and hour. Just take a deep breath. You don't have to fix everything right now.
Trust. That's a big one. Just start today by doing what is right no matter what. Do the next right thing!! You will have to do what I have been doing, and that is making a living amends. I'm sorry just doesn't cut it anymore. Our loved ones have heard that too many times. Now we try to earn peoples trust by showing them we have changed!! Taking that action!!

I'm so happy you made it back. I like what little missy had to say. I have to make living amends also. It's getting a little better, and they trust me just a touch now, but it's always in the back of their minds. Just keep moving forward. It will get better!
