I'd really prefer you didn't let it come to banning.
Why not log off, rest up, and think about it when you're sober?
take a day or two.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, teardrop. I quit drinking for a year, and I craved it every single day. That's what I meant when I said "yup, recovery sucks". It may not be that way for everyone, but it is for me. I don't think my craving will ever go away. I am a physically and verbally abusive piece of crap when I drink. So, I have a choice: crap on everyone around me until they hate me or deal with the cravings. I'm learning to deal with my problem.

Try to have some water before bed teardrop , help your body deal with it.

Teardrop, I was just about to start a thread about how I was so tired of this recovery. I'm feeling like I just don't need it anymore.
