AHHHH Day 7

Well day 7 and am finally getting some sleep, working out again and feeling human. Going for a hike in the hills above town with the dogs today, going to the gun range with a friend tomorrow and a movie with my wife, all of which I wouldn't be doing if I was drinking. Thanks everybody for the support, SR really helped since I was too sick to go anywhere.

Congrats all on a week. I've read that it takes a week to form a habit or to break one. Obviously addiction is more than just a habit, but hopefully the breaking and making of routines is starting to occur.

I've always heard two weeks, but I like what you've read better.

I do to. Last week was my 2nd and there was a substantial decrease in the number and duration of difficult times
