replaced alcohol with coffee, cake and candy
Sugar sugar sugar. I wasn't a sweets eater either when I drank. It was salt and savory. Now I eat ice cream everyday and have a mini meltdown if the store is out of my favorite. I also ate a lot of chocolate candy.
I've got ten months and while I don't eat as much sugar as when I first started I still eat ice cream. It helps with cravings, especially at night. Coffee? Always drank it before, will continue to drink it now.
