First day - confused

I understand the anxiety... but you have to focus on other things to be able to cope better.
Think what things you can do to distruct yourself.
there are hundred of things you can do....
If not walk and walk... write in a book all your thoughts helps...
paint... gym... knitting... spring cleaning... join classes.... clubs...
Finish things you always left for tomorrow... best therapy!!!
You can do it.
It takes time to adjust but it will go away.
