oh well. But I totally agree with your comment about leaving no room for ambivalence - that has been the key for me this time. I finally just had enough. Makes a big difference. I used to mull over the thought of having a few, knowing I would need to quit again. Now the second the thought comes in my head I think "no effing way" and then it's gone.
