Good Afternoon.
I don't think I want to pontificate before I get the feel of this group.
I am 80 years old, a native of the North and have lived in the South for 44 years. I have also lived 3000 miles west of here, 1000 miles northeast and 4000 miles northeast. In the parlance of sports writers I would be described as "well-traveled."
I live alone with a 12 year old Maltese/Pekinese. In dog years, I think that makes her a few years older than I am. To my knowledge, she has never had a drinking problem, but since she is a rescue dog, one cannot be too sure.
I have 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. One son lives 450 miles further south from me, one daughter is 3000 miles west of me and the rest are about 160 miles northwest.
I look forward to acquiring wisdom and sharing ignorance.
