Hello all. I am trying to quit drinking. It has three days since my last drink.

Hi Mist, welcome. 3 days! Yea! I felt so much better on the 4th day. Exercise helped me alot the first couple weeks. The sweat helps get toxins out of you. And lots of water.

Congrats, Mist. I am on day 3 as well. Only 90 minutes left until day 4. I can't wait. This is the first time in 20+ years that I have tried to get sober. You have lots of people who can relate to where you are at. Keep up the good work. We will all get through this together.
