Thank you and it does. I know I can bounce back and get on top again, but yeah, sometimes having everything bottled up holds me back. I have a lifetime of hurt and anger bottled up that I didnt even realize I had until recently and I have never gotten it out.

It is a difficult name you have chosen, insignificant – I do not like to use it.

It is a hard place you are at right now, I do hope you will find the strength to get through it.

And welcome to SR.

Hi agree with Soberhawk. I am really uncomfortable to respond to any of your posts the way I normally do and that is by Dear [SR User Name]. I just can't bring myself to write Dear Insignificant... Please change it...

How about... IAMSIGNIFICANT...

I'm going to call you by your by-line instead. Making Changes.

So, MC , I feel compelled to suggest some sort of counseling to deal with the abuse and trauma. You've had more than your share. You appear to have some PTSD symptoms as well. Look up EMDR just as one idea. Something that worked for several people I know. They can recall the traumatic experiences and those memories no longer cause a flood of fear and painful emotions. Weird stuff, but interesting.

But do your homework on counselor/psychologists. In my humble opinion, half of them are more crazy than their patients. No offense to anyone in the field.
