hey thanks for your help wizard 1969, ive read some amazing reviews saying that L-lysine and L-argininehave helped some people a lot with anxiety issues. I was just wondering do i need a prescription to get this or can it bought off the shelf? If not, i'll pay a visit to my doctor and explain to him whats going on! Thanks for your comment, greatly appreciated!
