Why not just call it a low and know that it may lift?

When I label something, I tend to make it true for me, so maybe just view it as part of early recovery.....

I got high (drinking) and stopped and got low (what goes up must come down), then everything got flat....(where's my motivation? I used to motivate self with drink), and when I gave time time and I healed more, I learned how to live again.

Life is awesome sober today!

Keep moving forward!! Stay strong, stay stopped!!!

Hugs to you!! Congrats on 25 days!!!

Hi, August.

First and foremost - congrats on Day 25!

I feel somewhat low today too - maybe, there's something in the air?

The good news it shall pass. It always does.

Take care. Keep your chin up.

Do you work out at all? I think you said you were running or something? The depression you already are predisposed to will seem super harsh for a few months, but its important you try and remove yourself from your thoughts and not let them have too much power right now. Its pretty normal to feel unsure, out of sorts, or down when your body realigns itself to operating normally. You are doing great!!!! Hit up a gym or go for a run to clear your head and let the endorphin's do their THANG!
