8 days dry and holding strong
My last day drinking I got liquor poisoning and fell over and passed out in my own vomit. My boyfriend took a picture of me so he could have evidence to take our son away from me if I continue drinking this way. This is not the mother I want to be nor the person I want to be so Iv turned the page and here I am.

I have met many ladies in AA who have lost their children due to drinking

to SR, a good place to be for people who passout in thier own vomit like me and you. 1017 days sober here, and if I can do it, you can do it too. Rootin for ya.

I'm on day 9 myself. 
I haven't really taken my sobriety this seriously in past attempts, so I'm glad to see someone here at almost exactly the same stage as myself.
I'll try to match you day for day. So far so good.

There is a wealth of information, experience, strength and support here at SR.
I have 435 days sober, and it has been the best choice I ever made.
I did it mostly with the help of SR.
Alcohol has no place in my life anymore.
Since I gave it up I am much happier and more at peace.
Why not join the class of April thread and get daily support from there?
