Norfolk Addiction
Hi my name Is David. I have been on Norco 10-325 for 5 years. I tapered down a month ago. I quit this Tuesday, what a terrible week. I was wondering anybody have stomach cramps? And how long before my brain starts, gets out of this depression fog? Thank u for any advice!
Norfolk!
I've done the same thing. I had an especially bad time with cramps, etc. The physical symptoms mostly went away after about a week. Mostly. As for the depression, it takes longer. I'm at 43 days today and have many good days but every now and again I feel off, depressed and anxious. Thats why I come here to SR so much. It has been helping me soooo much. You are in the right place. The people here are such an inspiration and help.

Hi, David.
Welcome to SR! It's a great place with lots of support and advice.
I have no experience with Norco, but once you get rid of any addiction it takes some time for your body to adjust itself to new life. Time which brain needs to recover may differ a lot for different people. Have you seen the Doc about stomach cramps?
You may check also the thread on substance abuse. I'm sure you'll find some useful info there
