Hi! You don't have to say anything unless you want to. Poke around. See what others are saying. Learn about what brought you here talk if and when you are ready. Lots of good advice and support here

Most new members start off by reciting the state capitals (by memory), then submit at least one piece of original artwork (oil on canvas preferred) which is judged by the community board. You can also offer up at least two references from either the glass blowing or metalworking industries. After we check those out we can follow up with a short yet thorough discussion of the migration patterns of the Saharan antelope.

Or, you can just go with what the person above me said.

Share your woes and doubts or whatever you're comfortable with. One newcomer to another, you may be surprised how much others can relate. Until recently I've been treating my own problems as personal, unsharable suffering, but I've found that's not the case.

My suggestion is that for now, you replace bars with this SR forum. and you just keep reading and drinking in the useful posts. In time you'll strike up some conversations with folks and feel right at home!

welcome and congrats on finding your way here.
