Being sick...
Being sick...
I have the stomach flu or SOMETHING!!! ugh D:
I started feeling woosey and painful last night. My legs and arms tingled and every time I adjusted my position to get comfortable my stomach ached with nausea. I couldn't help but think, "Wow... I feel like I just drank to much!" You know, the part where you can't feel euphoria any more because your body just wants the poison out of you.
The only way that this instance is different than a bad night of drinking, is that I am calm and can take care of myself.
My boyfriend is so sweet
We go to dinner with friends every Wednesday. He LOVES it and rarely misses. He asked if I wanted him to stay home to take care of me <3 He really meant it too. Sure it's nice to have him doting on me :P but I really don't need it.
Not only did being ill, while being sober, remind me that feeling sick SUCKS, but it also woke me up to how much of a nuisance I was. Because I certainly wasn't taking care of MYSELF when I got sick from drinking.
This was a nice eye-opener... But now I'm ready to feel better. ugh :P
Thanks for listening.
