Yes emotionally. Actually she is the one I have managed to stay really close to regardless. We are very close.

I have no meetings apart from online otherwise I would for sure.

This is great news MCL. Remember, as you detox, that you never have to feel that way again!!! It will be difficult at first, then once you turn the corner, you will feel a little better every day.
A BIG part of my continuing sobriety is remembering how horrible I felt using and my detox. I never have to feel that horrible again, and I pray I NEVER forget the feeling!

Yeah I've done it a few times. This will be the last. Lots of hard work to be done after though. That's even scarier.
