Vast - as you can see, you are in good company. I started the process of getting sober a year or so before it actually stuck, but I never stopped trying or having sobriety as my goal. Eventually, with determination and persistence, it took. But I don't take my almost 8 months for granted. Each new morning brings the potential for a new day one. I remain vigilant and do it one day at a time. You can do it too!!!
