I feel high
I believe our experience is subjective . Sometimes when in love for instance things seem brighter and more intence .
As i get older and tend to appreciate the world around me for it's awe inspiring beuty a lot more, i do believe with the path i walk i can acheieve different levels of conciousness , there is freedom and beuty in it simmalar to a high but no downside insofar as i can see .

The body gives us natural highs (as is normal and good), and it can take us off guard when we experience them sober.
Ironically, sometimes it is a trigger for me when I get a huge endorphin rush from working out. I feel so great, and my addictive personality is used to saying, "Let's just up this a notch more" and I think about a cold beer. :-)
Try to enjoy it without picking up!

we used to joke about getting flashbacks from mushrooms if we worked out really hard, but maybe some of the stuff (any drug) does get stored up in organs and/or fat and released if just the right activity happens....
