Day 3 of cleanse
I have been in a health kick since October and purchased a five day cleanse on groupon. It is all vege juice, some sort of powder to make a shake 2x per day and a liquid soup for dinner.
Two more days, I may end up eating my iPad by then.
I will admit I have cheated three times: one light cheese stick, three tortilla chips with hummus, and one light cheese stick, but no other food since Sunday.
Between exercise, this cleanse and infraed saunas I better lose those last few pounds!!!! Apparently I have found a new addiction!
